Natalie S. Bustamante is an associate of the employment law firm of Basham Parker LLP, where she exclusively practices employment law and related litigation. Ms. Bustamante regularly defends employers against employment claims for breach of contract, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, unfair business practices, violation of wage and hour laws, as well as numerous other tort and statutory employment law causes of action. Ms. Bustamante is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. Substantive areas of expertise include the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), Title VII, Age Discrimination and Employment Act (ADEA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), California Labor Code, workplace harassment investigations, and workplace privacy laws.
