Larry J. Caldwell is a counsel at the employment law firm of Basham Parker LLP, where he exclusively practices employment law and related litigation.  Mr. Caldwell regularly defends employers against employment claims for breach of contract, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, unfair business practices, violation of wage and hour laws, and numerous other tort and statutory employment law causes of action.  Mr. Caldwell has litigated a wide variety of civil lawsuits in state and federal courts in California, including bench and jury trials and appeals.

Mr. Caldwell has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1979 and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California.

Before joining Basham Parker LLP, Mr. Caldwell practiced with the Los Angeles law firm of Loeb and Loeb, the Los Angeles law firm of Bottum & Feliton (now part of Lewis Bribois Bissgaard & Smith), the Sacramento law firm of Hardy Erich Brown & Wilson, and his own law firm, Caldwell & Associates.
