Aaron R. Jackson is an associate of the employment law firm of Basham Parker LLP, where he exclusively practices employment law and related litigation. Mr. Jackson regularly defends employers against employment claims for breach of contract, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, unfair business practices, violation of wage and hour laws, as well as numerous other tort and statutory employment law causes of action. Mr. Jackson is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California. Substantive areas of expertise include the Age Discrimination and Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII, Equal Pay Act, Family Medical Leave Act, California Fair Employment and Housing Act, California Labor Code, and workplace privacy laws.
