In April 2006, Gary Basham and Alden Parker left their positions with a national Employment Law firm to start their own Firm, Basham Parker LLP. With more than twenty-five combined years of experience working with California employers, Gary Basham and Alden Parker have built a dynamic practice in all areas of employment law. We commit ourselves to being long term partners with our clients on a day to day basis, year after year. Prior to founding Basham Parker, LLP, Gary Basham was a partner for over ten years at Jackson Lewis, where he managed the Sacramento Office's employment litigation practice. While at Jackson Lewis, Mr. Basham started the Firm's EPLI practice on the West Coast and spent much of the last 10 years representing insureds in EPLI matters. Alden Parker also was formerly with Jackson Lewis, representing employers in employment litigation matters. Mr. Parker also served on Jackson Lewis' Trade Secret/Non Compete Practice Group.
