In April 2006, attorneys Gary Basham and Alden Parker left their positions with a national workplace law firm to establish the boutique employment law firm of Basham Parker LLP. With more than thirty combined years of experience working with California employers, Gary Basham and Alden Parker pledged to develop long term relationships with private and public sector employers and employment practice liability insurance (EPLI) carriers to fully support and fulfill their employment law needs. In December 2008, Nancy McCoy joined Basham Parker as a Partner, bringing an additional ten years of employment law skill and knowledge to the Firm. The three Partners, together with a team of exceptionally talented Associate attorneys, endeavor to deliver the highest quality and the most effective legal representation to their clients.
